Corimbo I 2013 (Tinta del País, Graciano and Tempranillo)
- View: dark cherry red background, slightly purple trim. High and deep layer.
- Nose: very intense, voluminous, fruity aromas above the wood, blackberry and black plum, herbs under the pine forest..
- Mouth: large, broad, black fruits, notes of aromatic plants and soil. Final with a long freshness nuanced landscape details.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Old vines over 40 years old planted at an altitude of 800 meters in the towns of payments Horra and Roa in the province of Burgos.
GRAPES: Tinta del Pais.
AGEING: 16 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American (20%). Stabilized by natural means and clarified with egg albumin.
PREPARATION: Vintage done manually and grape subjected to a strict selection process. beginning of the manufacturing process with a maceration of the grapes. alcoholic fermentation in oak vats while and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Roasted red meat, mushrooms, grilled red meat, cooked beef, rice with meat, small game, Iberian ham, feathered game and roast lamb.
