Corimbo I 2011 (Graciano, Tempranillo and Tinta del País)

TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: intense, with ripe black fruit, spices and chocolate notes.
  • Mouth: voluminous, full, with black fruit and aftertaste marked by notes of cocoa, black fruit and baslámicas.

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero

VINEYARD: Bodegas La Horra

GRAPES: Tempranillo

AGING: 12 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak.

PREPARATION: Fermentation in oak vats and malolactic in barrels. Maceration for 18 days. Natural stabilization.

WINE PAIRING: cured and semi-cured meats, red meats, grilled cheeses.
