Carmelo Rodero Tsm 2015 (Tinta del País, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon)
TASTING NOTES OF Carmelo Rodero Tsm 2015:
- View: bruised pillory.
- Nose: complex, dark fruit, minerals memories, toasted, roasted and balsamic.
- Mouth: powerful, flavourful, with good skeleton and weight of fruit, balanced, elegant step, fine still marked and final lactic and balsamic tannins. Feeling toast.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
GRAPES: Ink country (Tempranillo) 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 10% 15%.
AGEING: 18 months in oak barrels 100% French less than 2 years old.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C

Carmelo Rodero comes from a large family and rooted in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. His grandparents were founding members of the Cooperative Pedrosa wine, half a century.

Garnet intense cherry. Aroma of good intensity, with ripe black fruit and well integrated wood. The palate is medium bodied with good acidity, fruit and a right end, marked by the toasted wood.
TSM is our favorite wine Carmelo Rodero.
