TASTING NOTES OF Arrocal 2014:
- View: intense cherry pillory.
- Nose: blackberry and blueberry, spicy and floral notes.
- Mouth: silky smooth taste, balanced tannins and strong aromas.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Bodegas Arrocal
AGEING: 6 months in French oak barrels (80%), American (20%).
DEVELOPMENT: After manual harvesting, fermentation, maceration for 20 days with temperature controlled by showers of water.
WINE PAIRING: rice with almonds and lamb.
TEMPERATURE: 15 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%

It had a very deep colour. Clear notes of toffee. As many 2018, it was a little rough.
