The farm, the nucleus of this project, has just five hectares, although we have the association of adjacent farms that add another ten hectares to this project. The terrain is calcareous, loamy clay, where the balance between clay, sand and silt predominates, with the presence of licorellas. The vines are old, with an average age over 60 years and are located about 400 meters above sea level.

We had it with a birthday cake. I bought it at the behest of a friend.
The reddish brown edges were not very nice. Definitely the wrong colour, although it was an acceptable wine. Sensual aromas of chocolate. With a right roughness.
