Antigva Crianza 2014 (Tempranillo)
- View: intense ruby red with violet hues.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of ripe red fruits; cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. Toasted touches, spicy and sweet.
- Mouth: Intense flavor of tannins with a velvety and warm palate. It has an aftertaste of liquorice and sweet fruit with earthy touches.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
AGEING: This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed gently and must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeast. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before stabilizing, filtered and bottled, where it remains idle months.

I did not like the colour with these brown edges. However the taste was quite good. Smell of gooseberries. This Ribera del Duero has a very good acidity.
A good Antigva who goes well with beef stew.
