Description of Alión Double Magnum 2016
Alión Double Magnum 2016 (Tempranillo and Tinto Fino)
- Sight: Intense cherry red color, almost opaque with cardenalicio trim.
- Nose: The nose is full of fruity aromas start. Maturity aromas culminates with ventilation, appearing notes of black fruit, with hints of spice (nutmeg), accompanied by vegetable notes.
- Mouth: The palate is round and very balanced, fine, potent yet elegant, with dense attack, good acidity and alcohol in harmony, is fruity with tannins quality, ripe and sweet with a long finish and aftertaste with memories to parenting.

Cherry colour, as they all are. Smell of coffee or wood. Good flavour, with hints of caramel.
Red intense cherry colour and very high layer. It has aromas that reminded me of white roses. A little too acid although it depends on the taste of each person.
The Vega Sicilia Alion Doppelmagnum Double Magnum is the ideal wine to pair it with wild boar sausages.
