Alión 2005 (Tempranillo and Tinta Fina)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Alión 2005 is dark red with slight edge tile. With thin upper layer and tear. Clean and bright.
- Nose: At first the nose denotes aromas of red fruits and fresh, then fine wood aromas and hints of wood.
- Palate: The palate is big attack, elegant and wide tour, with presence, acidity and tannins rather accurate alive. Long and persistent finish very nice.
WINERY: Bodegas Alión.
AGING: 14 months in French oak barrels.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino).
TEMPERATURE: 18 ºC.
PAIRING: Goes well with beef tenderloin and grilled.
