They say that variety is the spice of life, but the truth is that variety has a large component of creativity that gives flavor to life, awakens the senses, and makes things interesting. Lapola 2016 is a white wine from the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin, made in the Dominio do Bibei wineries from a complex mixture of old and new vines, which favor the white and red varieties over the prevailing monoculture, resulting in a curious white wine that is complex, with a long and persistent finish that shows Dominio do Bibei's quality. Lapola 2016 is a beautiful white wine with a bright yellow tone, an intense citrus aroma, and marked floral notes. With fresh and elegant tastes, it brings balanced acidity to the palate, making it a perfect companion for for fish, octopus, and steamed clams. Lapola 2016 is an interesting, intense wine with volume that brings rhythm to life.
