Lalama 2014 (Brancellao, Mencía, Sousón, Garnacha negra and Mouratón)
TASTING NOTES OF Lalama 2014:
- having: Intense burgundy with hints of cherry coloress light.
- Nariz: Powerful aroma which highlights the presence of roasted red fruits.
- mouth: Balanced and light, easy to digest flavor. Highlights the presence of floral and red fruit.
APPELLATION: Ribeira Sacra.
VINEYARD: Domain Do Bibei.
GRAPES: Mencía, Grenache and Brancellao.
AGEING: Aging is carried out for 36 months.
PREPARATION: two teams of grapes, the first in the vineyard and the second in the cellar are made. He proceeds to make a maceration for a period of 2 days so that subsequently the fermentation takes place in French oak barrels and wooden tanks.
