DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Ribeira Sacra
VINEYARD: Dominio do Bibei. Vineyards between the ages of 60 and 110.
GRAPES: Brancellao, Mencía, Sousón, Mouratón,
AGING: 17 months in barrels of various uses and 5 months in conical barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Meat, Poultry, Lamb, Veal, Pasta, Pasta Bolognese
TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: 16-18ºC
