In the hands of the family Zárate His beginnings one of the oldest and most traditional cellars of Albariño from Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin. Located in a small, secluded valley farm Salnes took three generations of dedication to the care of the vines and the production of Albariño, keeping a past that becomes legitimate heirs of one of the oldest traditions.
