TASTING NOTES OF Zarate 2017:
- View: pale yellow, straw, greenish hues.
- Nose: Albariño primary aromas, fruity notes and mineral background.
- Mouth: fresh, stylish, vibrant acidity.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
GRAPES: Albariño.
AGEING: 3 months on lees.
PREPARATION: destemmed grapes, gently pressed, after a slight desfanfado, fermentadp a stainless steel tank.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with queers, fish and sushi.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.6%

In the hands of the family Zárate His beginnings one of the oldest and most traditional cellars of Albariño from Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin. Located in a small, secluded valley farm Salnes took three generations of dedication to the care of the vines and the production of Albariño, keeping a past that becomes legitimate heirs of one of the oldest traditions. It is the respect that the family has held for the past and the legacy of its congeners, which makes this winery Salnes an intimate, unique and full of memories corner.

It's always good to share wine, but this one's special.
The typical colour of white. In my opinion, the Zárate Albariño smelled like mango, banana and pear. I enjoyed it a long time.
Estamos ante un vino que llama la atención por su su frescura y equilibrio, y el contraste que se manifiesta entre su mineralidad y buena acidez. Es además un Albariño que expresa mucha elegancia.
