The respect that a family has for its heritage and traditions and three generations dedicated to caring for vineyards have made the Zárate wineries of the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin an endearing and unique place that together with the wisdom and modern techniques produce the highest quality wines.

Zárate 2017, made from high quality Albariño grapes, is well-known for its pale yellow color with subtle green reflections; powerful aromas of fresh fruits with a mineral background; and for its vibrant acidity and fresh and elegant taste on the palate.

All this makes this an extraordinary quality wine that is fresh, balanced and elegant, the perfect appetizer and the ideal wine to accompany fish, seafood and sushi.

I retained the colour, amber yellow. It has aromas of white flowers. The flavours of Zarate were quite well compensated.
Goes well with any kind of fish .
It's always good to share wine, but this one's special.
