Pazo Señorans Selección de Añada 2011 (Albariño)

In the Pazo de Señoráns one is moved in time to the rural Galicia, feudal and matriarchal, star of the Spanish Naturalism nineteenth century. Today, converted winery, is a wonderful representative of the Galician manor houses built in the countryside with all the charm and stateliness of a bygone era. As witnessed in the files found, the history of Pazo de Señoráns begins in the fourteenth century. The Pazo de Señoráns is located in Vilanoviña in the Pontevedra town of Meis, in the Salnés, subfield belonging to the Designation of Origin Rías Baixas. The building starts having temper wine in 1989, although the cultivation of vines, until eight current hectares, began in the early eighties. No malolactic fermentation. Pazo de Señorans

Pazo de Señorans forms a set of stone sinks into the thick of Galicia. The access road separates the estate of newly built bodega, but that does not clash with the current set of the landscape. The winery owns ten acres of vineyard on the farm and has another eight and a half in operation, all the variety Albariño.
