The Winery
Pazo de Señorans

Pazo de Señorans forms a set of stone sinks into the thick of Galicia. The access road separates the estate of newly built bodega, but that does not clash with the current set of the landscape. The winery owns ten acres of vineyard on the farm and has another eight and a half in operation, all the variety Albariño.

Reviews of Pazo Señorans Selección de Añada 2008
I don't know if there are problems with the 2015 vintage, but I thought the colour was a straw-yellow. In my opinion, the Pazo Señorans Selección Añada smelled like mango, banana and pear. I think it was correct.
We didn't pair it well, but the wine was good.

A Albariño with a nice colour. Very sweet smell of honey. A taste of nothing in particular just wine.
It would have been better with fish.
Fruta confitada, níspero, avellana, intenso, equilibrado, elegante. 96 puntos
