Pazo do Mar Coral do Mar Rias Baixas Albariño 2019
TASTING NOTES:
- View: lemon yellow.
- Nose: aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit, citrus and herbs. Marked varietal character.
- Mouth: powerful, flavourful, fresh, creamy, floral and fruity, fresh acidity. Very intense in retro nasal route.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
VINEYARD: a single vineyard located 150 meters above the level of the sea floor granite and sand, which impart minerality and a fresh style to the wine, vines are trained on a trellis that gives the grapes more aeration, which leads to optimum ripening of berries and a lower acidity in the wine. Only 2% of plant Albariño thus due to higher costs and reduced crop yields.
