Pazo do Mar Coral 2018 (Albariño)
- View: Straw yellow, gold and bright reflections.
- Nose: pleasant tropical aromas of pineapple, guava and citrus with notes of mango, banana, white flowers and minerals.
- Mouth: On the palate, bright flavors of citrus, pineapple and minerals with crisp, vibrant acidity.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
VINEYARD: Adega Pazo do Mar.
AGEING: Madura in wooden lees.
PREPARATION: Driving vineyard in espalier, which allows the grapes are perfectly airy and sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the granitic land avoid much of phytosanitary treatments and provide low acidity musts naturally. Thanks to this it dispenses with malolactic fermentation of wine and delicate varietal characteristic aroma and fresh flavor is respected.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, paella, sushi or tempura fish. Serve with chocolate desserts, biscuits and fruit.
