You will like to know that…
Pazo Baión Albariño 2015 is a selected Albariño (white wine), a wine that has only 40.000 bottles available and which can be found in the market only starting in October, since it is a wine that has been maturing for 6 months over lees in deposits of stainless steel. After this time, an Albariño is developed and it will have a good evolution and will seduce through its aromatic complexity and fine and light passage through the mouth. But, aside from the quality, there is another reason to get a hold of a bottle of Pazo Baión Albariño 2015, and that is because it is a supportive wine, since 5% of the sales goes to social purposes. Do not doubt, taste this Albariño committed and special.

Much better the quality than the price.

A great wine.
Albariño Pazo Baion 2012
Light, dry, easy and pleasant to drink.
Food pairing: elegant presentation. Ideal with all types of seafood, either steamed or grilled (scallops, shrimp, lobster, sea urchins, prawns, razor clams, crabs, oysters, barnacles ...).
It also combines well with all kinds of fish in general, whether grilled or baked, such as a baked turbot with vegetables.
Excellent with Galician octopus.
