Martín Codax Magnum 2018 (Albariño)

TASTING NOTES:

View: presents a stark and beautiful yellow high-pitched, however, remains a clear and translucent wine adorned with precious green flashes.
Nose: Albariño can bring fruit aromas, this time highlights the ripe white fruit such as pear, floral notes of white flowers and minerality product of its process.
Mouth: well tasty, silky on the palate and elegant. Impresses with notes of peach and excellent balance of tart flavors.

APPELLATION: O.D. Rias Baixas.

VINEYARD: Matín Códax.

GRAPES: 100% Albariño.

AGEING: no breeding.

PREPARATION: grapes in the hold takes macerate for 4 hours, stabilized at a certain temperature and then into the pneumatic press. There is gently pressed until the wort, which is placed to ferment for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.

O Martín Codax Magnum é amarelo brilhante. O Martín Codax Magnum, ao nariz, recordou-me o jasmim. Gostei porque me deixou a boca um bocadinho áspera.
Um vinho perfeito com sobremesas.

A Albariño with a very dense colour. It has aromas of honey. I liked its density.

I usually buy this white Bodegas Martín Codax online, at Uvinum.
An elegant Rias Baixas but with a very deep dense colour. Martín Codax Magnum recalls white fruit. It tasted a lot like wine.

I bought the white of in a store.
I thought that the Albariño Martin Codax Magnum had a very light colour. Smells like honey. Powerful taste of wild berries.
