Made using the méthode champenoise and presented in a cobalt blue bottle, Mar de Frades Brut Nature 2012 is a sparkling wine with a difference: light, uncomplicated, and with a really fresh acidity which is characteristic of albariño and the climate it hails from.
This is an excellent wine for aperitifs, although it also tastes delicious with oysters and shellfish.
