Mar de Frades Albariño Brut (Albariño)
- View: lemony yellow gold.
- Nose: Fine, complex and expressive, a background of sea water, eucalyptus and white fruit of deep memory of the albariño. Background toast and almond shells.
- Mouth: ample, tasty, creamy and fresh. Again, notes of the variety with the end of a sweet and fresh mouth.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
GRAPES: Albariño 100%.
AGEING: No barrel aging.
PREPARATION: approximately 10 days in advance to the general harvest, bunches of plots those showing better indexes for the production of a sparkling cut. The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small boxes where the grapes are hand-picked. Intense work on sorting tables and transfer of the grapes to the press, where bleeding 40% of must is obtained. Then follows the controlled fermentation at 15 ° C. utmost care is put into the rest of the process: racking, bottling, keeping the maximum aromatic richness and intensity of the nuances.
