TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Pale lemon lime with some reflections.
  • Nose: Aromas of orange peel and lychee, white flowers with balsamic nuances.
  • Mouth: Fresh, salt, exotic fruit with a hint of ginger, good acidity.

APPELLATION: Rias Baixas, Galicia, Spain.

VINEYARD: Mar de Frades.

GRAPES: Albariño.

AGEING: They stay for 5 months on its lees.

PREPARATION: Harvest on September 14th, cutting only those bunches healthy, passing small boxes that transport, and in the winery, the sorting tables. Hence, only selected grapes, 87%, slide to reach macerators, where they remain with the skins between CO2, for 40 hours. So clean and strongly floral musts are obtained, which ferment in their own yeasts to reveal the Atlantic and varietal aromas.

WINE PAIRING: Goes well with Japanese food, fish, white meat, rice, paellas, seafood, oysters.
