TASTING NOTES OF Mar de Frades 2015:

View: bright lime green raw, reflections of green plum.
Nose: aromas of mango, pineapple and lychees mixed with balsamic notes wild flowers and eucalyptus.
Mouth: powerful, with fresh salinity, and Atlantic seal in mineral nuances and persistence of tropical fruit.

APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.

VINEYARD: Mar de Frades

GRAPES: 100% Albariño.

WINE PAIRING: very spicy dishes such as Sushi, Pad Thai, or Mexican carnitas Di Sum.

- The 2015 harvest is characterised by its bright, raw-lime colour and greengage glints. This radiant appearance invites you to find on the nose mango, pineapple and lychee hints together with wild flowers and the balsamic notes of eucalyptus. On the palate, its vitality comes through in its fresh saltiness. Its Atlantic character reveals itself through its mineral nuances and the lingering presence of the tropical fruit.

TASTING NOTES:

View: In this elegant blue bottle lemon colored wine is presented with some very light green highlights. The look is clean and light.
Nose: Aromas of tropical Furtos and some touches of white flowers, also has botanical hues and slightly sweet background.
Mouth: Step friendly, with flavors of pineapple and nuts. It has a creamy texture and a cooling effect with extensive end.

APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.

VINEYARD: Mar de Frades.

GRAPES: Albariño.

AGEING: In stainless steel tanks.

MAKING: the grapes are harvested, the best are selected and de-stemmed; performing these processes at low temperatures, with a manual hand and other machines. Then the grapes elected to the cold, to make them go through a long fermentation in stainless steel tanks, controlling the process to keep it at a temperature of 17 ° C macerated. Finally, it clarified and bottled.

WINE PAIRING: Fish, salads, chicken, fresh cheeses, creamy rice, seafood.
