TASTING NOTES OF Lusco 2015:
- View: pale yellow, greenish hue.
- Nose: intense and concentrated with prominent aromas of melon and pear, citrus and fennel notes on a background of pastries and toasted hazelnut because of its aging on lees.
- Mouth: phenomenal and amazing mouthfeel, something mellow, citrus and mineral. Really long aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
VINEYARD: Pazos de Lusco
WINE PAIRING: Fresh pasta, rice, fish and hot snacks.
TEMPERATURE: 8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
