PRODUCTION: Limited edition of 45. 000 bottles.
VITICULTURE: Vines planted for over twenty five years in Pazo Pineiro and the area of As Neves with yields of 4. 500 kg per hectare. Soil decomposed, biotite granites and granodiorites of biotite-amphibole,
moderately acid and deep, allowing excellent drainage of heavy rains in the area.
DRIVING: In single bead arbor, trellis and glass
HARVEST: In boxes of 15 kg and selection of the sorting table manually
GRAPES: 100% Albariño
