Tasting notes: Straw yellow, bright and crystalline appearance. Aroma pineapple, apple, stone fruit and citrus notes. A subtle reminder to yogurt. Great intensity and openness. The palate is soft and delicate in attack with good balance of flavors and well integrated acidity. Smooth, soft and delicate wine with long aftertaste. Pairing: Appetizers, soft starters, complex salads, rice fish, smoked, grilled seafood, blue fish, grilled white fish.
