TASTING NOTES OF Fillaboa 50cl 2014:
- View: Straw yellow, intense green hues and steely edge. Clean and bright.
- Nose: High intensity, with an expressive nose, varietal aromas of green apples, white stone fruit, tropical and citrus. Nice floral aromas and vegetables, herbal notes.
- Mouth: attack with elegance and volume, very fresh and tasty, medium bodied and excellent acidity, vivid, very nice finish with a mineral, salty and bitter, deep and serious point.
APPELLATION: Rías Baixas.
