TASTING NOTES:
- View: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: varietal intensity. Tropical fruit aromas emerge, apricot, peach and citrus, with hints of fresh grass and hay.
- Mouth: The palate is powerful and balanced and fresh mineral notes emerge. persistent.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas
VINEYARD: The winery Benito Santos is in Vilanova de Arousa, in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia. The winery is located about 500 meters above sea level allowing the wine, thanks to a favorable climate, fresh air and the few changes of temperature to ripen properly. Since 2002, thanks to the modernization of the winery, producing more than 300,000 bottles. GRAPES: Albariño 100%
AGEING: Aging on lees for nine months in stainless steel tanks. It rests in the bottle for 12 months.
PREPARATION: After handpicking, fermentation is in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Not undergo malolactic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with appetizers, fish dishes, risotto, white meats, fish and seafood. Also try the sushi.

- Albarino is a relatively thick-skinned variety which is at its best, as it is here, is rich, full of colour and gently spicy.
- This pale lemon-coloured wine has aromas of peach, green apple and white flowers.
- It has smooth, silky mouth-feel, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
