PREPARATION: Selection of grapes in the vineyard. Temperature control from receipt of the grapes in the vineyard. Selection of grape cluster to cluster table. Light maceration of whole grapes in cold storage before pressing tire. Separation of musts. Static racking. Fermentation at low temperature. Aging on fine lees for 4 months. Stabilization of stainless steel up to be mature for bottling in June

Het was een verrassing voor mijn beste vriendin.
Van mooie kleur. Duidelijke notities van witte bloemen. Slecht bewaard gebleven, ruikt naar fosfor.

Não sei qual era a cor exata, pareceu-me um branco tipo amarelo escuro. Perfume de flores brancas: jasmim, lírios.... O sabor do Quinta de Couselo era a madeira.
Este Barbuntín combina bem com arroz gratinado.
Gosto de beber um branco quando estou sozinho.

Of a very light yellow colour. The 2019  smelled like banana. It reminded me of black plums.

Barbuntin Rosal is the first wine I drank with my parents.
With Yellow amber notes in the edge. Aromas of lemon grass. Extraordinary flavour with caramel hints.
It was an excellent accompanist for the main course.
