- Nose: balsamic hints of fresh grass and honey
- Mouth: balanced, sweet entrance and citrus finish.
APPELLATION: Rias Baixas.
VINEYARD: sandy loam soil of granitic rock in general.
GRAPES: Albariño 100%.
AGEING: aged on its lees with weekly batonage for 3 months until bottling. Cold tartaric stabilization, unclarified, filtered and sulfur in moderate doses.
PREPARATION: Manual selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Transfer to the winery in 15kg boxes. Crimping the unexploded cluster despalillar in a pneumatic press at low pressure. Cold static settling for 36 hours. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, without the addition of any product except sulfur.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-10ºC
