Während seiner Pilgerreise nach Santiago entdeckte der Pilger fruchtbare, schöne und freundliche Böden, die ihm alle Schätze bieten, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte von Menschen aus der ganzen Welt zurückgelassen sind. Auf dieser Weise haben sich ein gastliches Volk, traditionelle Weinberge und eine eigene Gastronomie, die Rias Baixas und Monterrei in einem irdischen Paradies verwandelt hat, entwickelt. El Cayado (der Stab), der in diesen Gebieten entstanden ist, begleitet der Pilger von Anfang bis Ende als Unterstützung und Hilfe während des Fußmarsches. In der Nase aromatisches, weißes Obst, Apfel und frische Kräuter. Ein saftiger, aufmunternder und erfrischender, trockener, weißer Wein. Köstlich in Kombination mit thailändischen Gerichten, Meeresfrüchten, Sushi und Ziegenkäse.
