Thelema Mountain Vineyards Chardonnay 2017 (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Yellow color with golden highlights.
- Nose: The bouquet this is a very aromatic wine with complex notes of jam lime, melon, guava and some toasted oak nuances.
- Mouth: The palate is a wine of medium and very rounded body, full of delicious tropical fruit flavors. The finish is quite smooth.
APPELLATION: Western Cape (South Africa).
VINEYARD: Thelema Mountain Vineyards.
GRAPES: Chardonnay.
AGEING: The wine remains for a period of 11 months in French oak barrels.
