TASTING NOTES:

  • View: citric, pale green tones.
  • Nose: fruity aroma, hints of tropical fruits and flowers.
  • Mouth: pleasant mouth, with a slight sweetness.

APPELLATION: Vinho Verde.

GRAPES: Loureiro, Arinto and Trajadura.

PREPARATION: soft crushing and pressing, defecation followed for 48 hours. Fermentation carried out in steel tanks unstained controlled temperature of 14 °C.

PAIRING: soft cheeses, seafood, salads, light meals and baked fish.

TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 9.5%
