TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: Intense citrus and floral aromas.
  • Mouth: Fresh and fruity with a dry finish. It ends with the strong character of the variety of flowers and citrus.

APPELLATION: Vinho Verde, Portugal.

VINEYARD: Anselmo Mendes.

GRAPES: Loureiro.

AGEING: Minimum period of 4 months fine lees.

PREPARATION: manual harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery in 15kg baskets, where they will be de-stemmed. Soft pressing of whole grapes destemmed. The wort obtained is subjected to a short maceration. 48 h cold clarification. Long fermentation temperature between 12-16 ° C.
