Fowles Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch Wild Ferment Chardonnay Wine 2017 (Chardonnay)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Pale straw.
  • Nose: mineral notes, intense aromas of melon, peach and vanilla subtle.
  • Mouth: Complex and full-bodied, balanced oak notes, a wonderfully creamy texture and a very long taste.

APPELLATION: Victoria.

GRAPES: Chardonnay.

PREPARATION: The grapes are crushed with open rolls to minimize phenol extraction to help create a more delicate wine. several winemaking techniques of the old world are used to produce this wine including oxidative management juice and fermentation in barrel on solids. These methods not only promote the integration of primary flavors of fruit and oak, but add texture and complexity to the wine.
