Passori is a rich, opulent and smooth red wine produced from "long hang" late-harvested grapes from the vineyards of Veneto. This beautiful red is produced with a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Corvina. Corvina is an Italian grape that is sometimes referred to as Corvina Veronese or Cruina. This variety is grown almost entirely within the Veneto region of northeast Italy, with some also grown in Argentina. A pleasure to drink on its own or paired with rich and juicy meat dishes.
