Colli del Soligo Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry (Glera)
- View: bright straw yellow, greenish reflections.
- Nose: notes of yellow pear and golden delicious apple and hints of lavender and ferns.
- Mouth: fresh, smooth, well-balanced flavor even more persistent, very tasty final.
VINEYARD: combination of vineyards in the province of Treviso.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested in September. In the cellar, the grapes are pressed gently and then subjected to a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The Charmat technique is used to produce this sparkling wine.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, tasty first dishes based on fish and sea bass in salt oven. Great to try with prosciutto.
