Description of Casa Gheller Bianco Frizzante
Casa Gheller Bianco Frizzante (Garganega)
- View: A bright yellow with green highlights, fine bubbles on the glass
- Nose: A lovely and mellow aroma with of notable scents ripe citrus, apple, and pear.
- Mouth: Pleasantly fizzy on the palate with flavour delightfully balanced between sweetness and acidity. Zesty citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, ripe pear, and firm tannin that encircle and nestle on the palate.
VINEYARD: These Garganega and Pinot Blanc grapes were grown in infamous winemaking region of Veneto in north eastern Italy. The region is near Italy's border with Austria and is known for its mild climate and mountainous topography. Several major rivers flow through the region and empty into the bordering Adriatic Sea. The cool climate from the nearby Swiss Alps makes for ideal conditions for producing white grape varieties.

PREPARATION: The producer of Casa Gheller Bianco Frizzante, Casa Gheller, is named after a historic family of Venetian winemakers who were known for creating superior wines with passion and expertise. The company produces all of its wines entirely in the Conegliano region of Veneto, Italy. Contains sulphites.
PAIRING: Casa Gheller Bianco Frizzante is excellent with lobster, crab, and other shellfish, chicken, pasta with alfredo sauce, or green salad.
