The vineyards are located in Umbria not far from Orvieto, near the border with Tuscany. Here the hilly terrain, clay and rich in minerals, have proved very suitable for grape growing. The Bramito wine Cervo is produced since 1994 (first year of production) exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. This French variety, widely distributed across Italy, in this area can express wines of particular minerality and elegance.
