“The Toscana Chardonnay Monteverro born in vineyards located in the town of Grosseto Capalbio, in the heart of Tuscany. It is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, exclusively collected and selected by hand in the second half of August. After pressing of the whole grapes, the fermentation takes place naturally and separate, particle by particle. The wine is aged for 14 months, half in barriques mostly new French oak and half in concrete vats shaped like an egg before being bottled. The Monteverro Chardonnay has an intense and brilliant golden yellow color with silvery notes on the nail. The nose opens with elegant aromas of toasted brioche, caramel and coffee, enriched with notes of banana, pineapple and vanilla. The palate is fresh and round with hints of red orange, flint, quince and lime. Perfect for appetizers and main courses with fish or vegetables, this white wine is ideal for use along with fish and white meat.”
“The Monteverro Chardonnay pairs perfectly with meat. So delicious.
Bright cherry colour, high layer. Mild aromas of wood. Even the wrong serving temperature, which was my fault, didn't damage the great taste.”
“I got this Monteverro Chardonnay in a wine stand.
I was surprised it was a white with such an intense colour. Over all, the Monteverro Chardonnay reminded me of white flowers. This Monteverro Chardonnay seemed fairly fresh.”
