“Bolgheri Il Bruciato Antinori Guado al Tasso is a wine made from international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a small percentage of Syrah that within the area of Bolgheri found a very suitable environment to their full ripenig. The grapes are manually harvested at different moments according to the ripening degree of the different varieties that are brought to the cellar for the vinification. This process takes place in inox vats at controlled temperatures for about 10-15 days at 28-30° as regard as the year, after this process wines are separated from the skins and placed aging in French oak barrels and in steel vats for a year before being bottled and assembled.”
