- View: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: smooth, light mineral and subtle notes of wild flowers, citrus, lemon zest, quiche, apricot, pear, apple, nuts, honey, vanilla, rosemary and thyme.
- Mouth: Mild flavor, fresh, complex and well balanced with a creamy texture and a slight acidity and depth on the palate. It has notes of red apples and almonds.
APPELLATION: Sicily (Italy).
VINEYARD: Vigna Di Pettineo.
AGEING: Matures in French oak barrels for 4 months in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. It breeds in bottle for a period of 6 to 9 months.
PREPARATION: The vinification of grapes involves a phase of maceration in the skins and a double fermentation at low temperatures, first in stainless steel tanks and then in French oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Appetizers, seafood, risottos, stews, desserts, cheeses, vegetarian and spicy dishes.
