TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pale yellow with greenish reflections pronounced.
- Nose: Elegant and complex aroma aromatic with hints of orange blossom and elderberry.
- Mouth: soft palate has entry and envelope characterized by a pleasant acidity wrapped in elegant aromatic notes.
APPELLATION: Sicily, Italy.
VINEYARD: Cantine Europe.
GRAPES: 100% Zibibbo.
AGEING: stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: after harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery, gently pressed at maximum pressure and are immediately cooled to 16 ° C. The high quality wort obtained is ready for fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18 ° C for 15-18 days.
