TASTING NOTES:
- View: In view presents a purple red tending to mauve.
- Nose: The nose shows spicy aroma and fruity. Final notes of bergamot, orange peel and carob.
- Mouth: In the mouth ripe fruit, dense tannins, great structure and balsamic notes.
APPELLATION: Sicily (Italy).

GRAPES: Nero D'Avola.
AGEING: Maturation of this wine is achieved thanks aged for 14 months in French oak barrels Allier of second and third use.
PREPARATION: The most characteristic wine cellar, which is made with native Sicilian variety Nero d'Avola. After a lengthy investigation in different areas of the island to make the best possible wine from this grape, finally they found the perfect place in Siracusa, Sicily in the south end. Vinification of the same is achieved thanks to a process of stripping and grinding, followed by 21 days of maceration with skins.
WINE PAIRING: This wine is ideal companion oily fish such as sardines or tuna. It is also delicious with dishes where eggplant is the protagonist.
