The nose offers a fragrant bouquet and complex, where the notes of fresh apricot and orange peel, are combined with Mediterranean flavors (thyme and rosemary). On the palate surprises with great freshness and intensity, with a pleasant sweetness balanced by a great minerality and a lively flavor. It closes a long finish, with a satisfying return of fruitiness. A Passito di Pantelleria complex and fascinating, between the Italian sweet wines most appreciated in the world. Ideal with caramelized duck, blue cheese, foie gras, pastries and signature chocolate. Extraordinary alone, as a meditation wine. "

I definetely wouldn't pair this wine with fish dishes. Someone let me try it.
Has a strong colour. A very well balanced Sicily.
