TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow, intense green reflections.
  • Nose: delicious aromas of roasted pineapple, honeysuckle bark and lemon confit.
  • Mouth: rich and fruity wine with ripe flavors of spicy orange, tangerine, Asian pear and some minerality.

APPELLATION: Rheinhessen.

VINEYARD: Terroir: Loess on limestone. Cultivation: reduction pruning, defoliation of grape area for better ventilation foliage wall, early manual reading for reduced performance. Yield: 70 hl / ha.

GRAPES: Pinot Gris.

PREPARATION: mechanical harvesting overnight at cool temperatures to preserve the flavor of the grapes, maceration 24 hours, followed by fermentation at 17-18 °C to preserve the varietal aromas.

PAIRING: fish, shellfish and crustaceans.

TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.8%
