GRAPES: 100% Riesling
AGEING: Maturing is carried out on the lees.
PREPARATION: The grapes are carefully harvested and selected, and then gently pressed and clarified by sedimentation. The fermentation is left as a spontaneous process, conducted in stainless steel tanks.
