Antinori Tormaresca Neprica Negroamaro 2018 (Negroamaro)
- View: intense ruby red.
- Nose: red fruit notes of marasca, berries with light hints of vanilla and coffee.
- Mouth: Soft and elegant, sweet notes of red fruit and a lingering finish.
AGEING: 8 months in steel. A small part of the mixture has been aged in barriques 3rd - 4th passage and then assembled before bottling.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested at the right degree of maturity and vinified separately for varieties in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Maceration, performed at temperatures not exceeding 26 °C, duante 8-10 days. malolactic fermentation completed in early winter.
PAIRING: beef, cured cheeses and poultry.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
