Santa Cruz de Artazu 2016 (Garnacha)

- Mouth: feelings of depth and authenticity of the variety Garnacha.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located in Artazu (Navarra), between 450 and 600 meters. Soil calcareous clay targets.
GRAPES: 100% Garnacha.
AGEING: 10 months aging in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
PREPARATION: prepared by the methods of organic farming. Handpicked in boxes of 10 kilograms. Selection of clusters and berries. Open vinification with cold maceration for 48 hours and the fermentation for 10-12 days with two daily and a small stepped traced deposits. Malolactic in barrel.
PAIRING: mushrooms, roasted, roast pork, small game, red meat grilled beef and sausages.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
